学生服务机构 Student Services:
在这一章节里，我们将3个服务留学生的机构介绍给大家使同学们了解这3个部门的职能情况。 In
this chapter three offices for student services will be introduced to you and
hopefully they can offer some more information and convenience for your study
and daily life in XISU.
1.1 汉学院办公室 Office of SCS:
汉学院办公室是同学们需要经常光顾的地方。它可以给同学们提供以下方面的服务。
Office of SCS is an office that all the international students may always visit
to. It can offer many services to students as bellow:
a. 欢迎新同学入学Welcome new students
b. 办理报到，注册Enrollment and registration
c. 收取学费Collect tuition fee
d. 查验护照，签证Passport and visa checking
e. 办理申请How to apply
f. 发放学生证Student ID
g. 组织旅游，参观Travel and visit
h. 登记学生成绩Student records
i. 发放结业证Certificate
j. 学籍管理Educational management
k. 组织文艺，体育活动Management for performance and sport activities .

外事服务中心的服务内容如下。Foreign Affairs Service Center is a center that can offer services

b. 收取房费Room fee collection
c. 出租车辆Renting vehicle
d. 餐厅服务Restaurant service
e. 预订火车，飞机票Order train ticket and plane ticket

1.3 国际交流中心 International Exchange Center:
国际交流中心是西安外国语大学的一个部门。它的主要服务有以下方面International Exchange Center is one of the
